4 wickets in 4 balls by Anil Mirza wasn't enough to save the 2nd XI from defeat in their opening league match against Little Marlow on Saturday.

Mirza ended up with 7-20, taking the final four wickets to fall in the first four balls of his eighth over as visitors Little Marlow finished on 188 all out.
Unfortunately the Green's reply never really got going, Chris Heyes top scoring with 29 as Pinkneys were bowled out for 109 to lose by 79 runs.
The 1st XI's match at Braywood was washed out.
There was better news on Sunday when Southall Dragons were beaten by 39 runs at the Green. Electing to bat, Pinkneys posted an awesome 164 for the first wicket, James Hemmings scoring 56 whilst partner Will Heyes (pictured) went on to reach an unbeaten century, the innings closing on 250-2.
The Dragons responded in kind with both openers reaching fifty, however the scale of the chase gradually took its toll and they were bowled out for 211.
