As we get ready for a new season of League Cricket with the Thames Valley League, we need all players to complete some administration to ensure that we are all set up and ready to go.

For reference, please note that there are 2 independent systems in use:

1.⁠ ⁠Pitchero is the app and website that PGCC uses to administer all playing and Club actions - fixtures, selections, payments, messaging etc. All players (junior & senior) must be registered on Pitchero.
2.⁠ ⁠⁠Play Cricket is the platform used by the League for managing league administration, automatic publication of results, tables and statistics. All adult players, and any junior players with desire to play League Cricket (Saturday), must also be registered on Play Cricket.

So we have two asks:

A. Please ensure to check and update your details on Pitchero so that they are upto date
B. ⁠Please register on Play Cricket as follows:

1.⁠ ⁠All players MUST be fully registered with Play Cricket to be eligible to play for PGCC in the TVL this season. Sunday players should also register to make it easier to set up online scoring for matches. Full documentation of the process is here.

2.⁠ ⁠Go to Play Cricket and click Signup.

3.⁠ ⁠Complete the form and submit it.

4.⁠ ⁠You will receive an email asking you to activate your account. Click the link and log into Play Cricket to complete your registration.

5.⁠ ⁠In the Get Started page choose Player then enter Pinkneys Green CC in find your club and click Find

6.⁠ ⁠Please ensure that the following mandatory information is completed on your Play Cricket profile so PGCC can apply to register you with the TVL:

•⁠ ⁠Name

•⁠ ⁠Email address

•⁠ ⁠Date of Birth

•⁠ ⁠Address

•⁠ ⁠Postcode

7.⁠ ⁠If you are a parent of a junior player (under 16) you will need to add your child(ren) to your account by choosing Parent of a child who is a player at step 5 above, using these instructions.

Please get this done ASAP - its very simple, and only needs to be done once.
